Dunning-Kruger effect, in psychology, is a cognitive bias whereby people with limited knowledge or competence in a given intellectual or social domain greatly overestimate their own knowledge or competence in that domain relative to objective criteria or to the performance of their peers or of people in general. This is more pronounced in hyper masculine men[1] which by looking at the fact that America's 500 highest-grossing companies, translates to around 85 percent male[2], compounded by reduced neuroplasticity and a high representation psychopathy in CEOs, there maybe a compound negative feedback loop in the selection of our leaders.
