Decentralized Semi Autonomous Organization

A Decentralized Semi Autonomous Organization (DSAO) is a type of transparent business that was designed run itself with minimal human intervention. A DSAO is a regression from Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) as DSAOs recognise the limitations of current technology to provide full business automation.

DSAOs are based on open-source code and have minimal dependency on typical management structures as the majority of inner workings of the company are fully autonomous. DAOs were originally conceived to eliminate human error or manipulation of investor funds by placing decision-making power into the hands of fully automated systems.
