To reduce the amount of [[Externalities|externality]] minimisation required it would be best to start from a point where most of this is done already. For instance starting a coal mining firm would not be the best  place to start as it creates a large amount of externalities, CO2, emissions, biodiversity loss etc... So lowest impact... 100% autonomous system would be preferable. A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) would be perfect however as of yet the technology only allows for semi autonomous organisations.

Following the tenet, the idea for an initial business which meets all of the requirements is difficult. Most notably the first two laws:

  1. First Law - the company is For Externality Minimisation
  2. Second Law - the corporation may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.

To reduce the amount of externality minimisation required it would be best to start from a point where most of this is done already.

Test 1

Sea water, conversion to clean water. Using parabolic mirrors to condense light onto thermo/photovoltaic[1] cells which generate electricity to power no-filter[2] water filtration units.

Test 2

A communally shared, low use / duration tools rental service which provides saws and axel grinders to people in an area.
