Let's start again, could we take what we have learnt and design a parallel system within an old one. Any new machine, corporation, entity would need to primarily be concerned with our biosphere and follow these three rules:
Following the tenet, the idea for an initial business which meets all of the requirements is difficult. Most notably the first two laws:

*The entity is not just Not For Profit (NFP), but Not For Revenue, its primary objective is not to injure the ecosystem, or through inaction, allow the ecosystem to come to harm.
# First Law - the company is For Externality Minimisation
* The parts must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
# Second Law - the corporation may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.
* The entity must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.

All actions of the entity must process through a system of based on real time, 100% transparency, i.e. all transactions must be live and openly available to the public (below is the initials Stripe prototype code which publishes these transactions, currently we are looking to elaborate the code further to give better meaning to each transaction...
To reduce the amount of externality minimisation required it would be best to start from a point where most of this is done already. For instance starting a coal mining firm would not be the best  place to start as it creates a large amount of externalities, CO2, emissions, biodiversity loss etc... So lowest impact... 100% autonomous system would be preferable. A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) would be perfect however as of yet the technology only allows for semi autonomous organisations.

Following the tenet, the idea for an initial business which meets all of the requirements is difficult. Most notably the first two laws:

 1. First Law - the company is For Externality Minimisation
 2. Second Law - the corporation may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.

Submission 1 - Sea Water Conversion

Sea water, conversion to clean water. Using parabolic mirrors to condense light onto thermo/photovoltaic[1] cells which generate electricity to power no-filter[2] water filtration units.

Submission 2 - Tool Rental

Tool Library

A communally shared, low use / duration tools rental service which provides saws and axel grinders to people in an area.

Submission 3 - Data Centre Heat

Turn the heat produced by a data centre into heating for a house or even a city[3].

Submission 4 - Solar

Build an ap like https://www.legends.solar/ where the recycling cost of the solar panel is factored into the rebate made.
