Following the tenet, the idea for an initial business which meets all of the requirements is difficult. Most notably the first two laws:

  1. First Law - the company is For Externality Minimisation
  2. Second Law - the corporation may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.

To reduce the amount of externality minimisation required it would be best to start from a point where most of this is done already. For instance starting a coal mining firm would not be the best place to start as it creates a large amount of externalities, CO2, emissions, biodiversity loss etc... So lowest impact... 100% autonomous system would be preferable. A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) would be perfect however as of yet the technology only allows for semi autonomous organisations.

Test 1

Sea water, conversion to clean water. Using parabolic mirrors to condense light onto thermo/photovoltaic[1] cells which generate electricity to power no-filter[2] water filtration units.

Test 2

A communally shared, low use / duration tools rental service which provides saws and axel grinders to people in an area.
