Following the tenet, the idea for an initial business which meets all of the requirements is difficult. Most notably the first two laws:

#First Law - the company is For Externality Minimisation
The Transparent Company (T Corp) is a registered entity that operates under a hierarchical set of tenets self enforcing transparency in its actions to become a fully automated negative externality sink. You can visit their website here.
#Second Law - the corporation may not harm humanity, or, by inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.
To reduce the amount of externality minimisation required it would be best to start from a point where most of this is done already. For instance starting a coal mining firm would not be the best  place to start as it creates a large amount of externalities, CO2, emissions, biodiversity loss etc... So lowest impact... 100% autonomous system would be preferable. A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) would be perfect however as of yet the technology only allows for semi autonomous organisations.
