We tend to perceive our inner, subjective reality as a replica of the objective one. However, evolution has shaped human sensory and interpretation systems to guide adaptive action, not to show us the true nature of reality. These interpretation systems contain a range of energy saving heuristics called cognitive biases which commonly exhibit as systematic errors in thinking.

From the instigation of any solution, this must be addressed from the outstart. There needs to be the understanding that humans are inherently selfish. It was thought instead of making hierarchical structures which are prone to corruption by status differentials a flatter structure could be used such as a [[wikipedia:Holacracy|holacracy]]. The issue with this is "some become more equal than others" when this is realised productivity slumps as the crowd realises that someone is working less than them. Very little organisations with flat hierarchies exist as they have been shown to be inefficient. Hierarchical structures are needed for effective human management, however the problem remains how to address the corruption issue?
