We believe by publishing an open-source incorporation statement on Github alongside incorporating a prototype with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission we can work towards honing a prototype corporation as a template that anyone can use to do the same. A key part of the system is the technology which utilises a type of Read Only Memory (ROM) to ensure that once the business is launched certain tenets of operation are baked into its core. This is in the hope that issues like Google's change in their code of conduct to remove the term Don't Be Evil cannot occur (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_be_evil).Start editing
